About Pletcher Lawn And Landscaping

Up on the Somerset plateau the growing season shows up late and leaves early, so a green lawn in Rockwood is a matter of a few good months used well. Pletcher Lawn And Landscaping uses them — mowing on a steady week, trimming along fence lines and foundations, edging the walks, laying mulch and clearing out whatever winter left behind. Wind runs constantly across these high fields and dries the ground faster than the valley below ever manages. There is real pleasure in a hillside lot finished on a bright cool afternoon with the ridges standing clear all the way out to the horizon. In November the leaves come off in a hurry, and the last cleanup closes the year.
