Clark's Clean Cuts

About Clark's Clean Cuts

Rockledge fits into about half a square mile, a borough with Philadelphia pressed against three sides and Huntingdon Pike drawn straight through the middle of it. The yards here are compact and squared off, hemmed by hedges and old stone, and ground that size shows every stray line — which is why Clark's Clean Cuts treats mowing, trimming and edging as one continuous piece of work rather than three separate chores. Mid-June mornings arrive green and close, the air already thick beneath the street maples, so the mower goes out early to beat it. Autumn moves fast on these blocks; leaves stack against curbs and porch steps, and cleanups keep the grass breathing well into November. Small ground, handled properly, reads as care all the way from the sidewalk.
