About Phil'z Landscaping LLC.

October arrives off the Delaware with a damp edge on it, and by the second week the leaves in Ridley Park come down faster than anyone can rake. Phil'z Landscaping LLC runs the fall straight through — mowing while it still grows, hauling the leaf piles out, cutting the season's last edge before the ground goes hard. Then the work changes shape entirely: plow, shovel, salt, the driveway open before the household stirs. River air keeps these winters wetter than they are cold, which makes the ice sneaky and the timing everything. Same trucks, same streets, a year that just quietly turns over.
