About Collins Lawn Service

The first hard frost in Richland Township shows up in the low ground first, a pale skin on the grass that burns off by nine and leaves the fields looking greener than they did the day before. Collins Lawn Service keeps its hands on that ground in both directions — mowing, edging and clearing the season's litter while the light is long, then hanging a plow when the township roads go still and white. A lawn cut well ends in a line you can follow with your eye, straight along the walk and clean around the mailbox post. A driveway cleared well ends in something quieter than that: somebody leaving for work without giving it a second thought. Between those two results sits most of a Pennsylvania year, and Collins Lawn Service works the whole span of it.
