About Tony & Joe's Landscaping Services

East of the city the land opens into the Oley Valley — barns, corn rows, a great deal of sky — and the difference between a kept yard and a forgotten one shows from a long way off. Tony & Joe's Landscaping Services mows, edges and clears through the growing months, then plows, shovels and salts once November turns hard. October is the hinge: leaves down, mowers out one final time, plow gear looked over before the first true storm. Reading and the towns around it get the same attention either way — grass held neat in July, pavement held open in January. It is ordinary work, and it is what makes an ordinary day possible.
