About CA PRIME SOLUTIONS

Before dawn the Penn Street Bridge carries a thin river of headlights over the Schuylkill, and every one of those cars started out from a driveway somebody had cleared. CA PRIME SOLUTIONS handles that first hour — plowing, opening walkways, spreading salt across lots and entrances around Reading while it's still black outside. Berks winters don't announce themselves politely; ice arrives on the back of rain and the temperature falls straight through it. The measure of a good night is an ordinary morning: everybody out on time, nothing dramatic. That's what they're after, storm after storm.
