A Cut Above Landscaping

About A Cut Above Landscaping

The land south of Quarryville rolls in long limestone swells, and every road out of town seems to end at a barn. A Cut Above Landscaping works those swells the ordinary way — mowing, trimming, edging, and hauling off the season's growth until a yard looks like it has been combed. In July the grass here grows fast enough to hear, and a clean edge along a farm lane is a small act of order against all that green. Come January the same trucks are out ahead of the school buses, plowing drives, opening walks, and spreading salt while the Octoraro valley is still blue with cold. It is unglamorous work in a town that has never asked for glamour. What it asks for is done.
