Eastern Lawn and Turf

About Eastern Lawn and Turf

September mornings around Mar Lin come in cool and heavy with dew, which is exactly when turf wants to be worked. Eastern Lawn and Turf leans into that stretch of the calendar — overseeding the thin spots, cutting at a height the grass can actually live with, keeping the blade lines even across an open lot. Through the hot months it is the regular mow, the trimmed perimeter, the walk swept clean afterward. There is a particular pleasure in watching a patchy yard fill in and then hold. The valley floor below Pottsville grows good grass when someone is paying attention to it.
