About Sanatoga Ridge Community

Sanatoga sits on its long low rise east of the borough, and when snow arrives it arrives to the shared lanes, the entrance drives and the walks between doorways. Sanatoga Ridge Community takes on that clearing, plowing the drives, cutting walkways down to bare surface, and putting salt on the steps and sloped approaches where footing matters most. Dusk comes early to a Pennsylvania January, so much of it happens in headlights and floodlight, breath visible, the scrape of the blade the only sound on the hill. There is care in where each pile goes, out of sightlines, off the walkways, clear of the places cars need to be. By the time the sky lightens over the Schuylkill, everything is open.
