Lang's Lawn-Tree and Pest Control

About Lang's Lawn-Tree and Pest Control

Pottstown grew along the Schuylkill where the Manatawny comes in, an iron-and-brick town with lawns tucked between the old streets and the river flats. Lang's Lawn-Tree and Pest Control tends those lawns through the growing months: the regular cut, the trim around porch posts and hedges, the sidewalk edge kept sharp, and the cleanup that leaves nothing on the concrete. Down near the water the ground stays soft and the grass comes on early; up on the higher blocks it takes its time — same town, two schedules. A brick house with a sharp-edged lawn in front of it looks the way the whole street wants to look. That's the result worth showing up for.
