Central Bucks Landscapers

About Central Bucks Landscapers

Snow finds the long lanes first — the quarter-mile gravel runs up to farmhouses set well back from the road, where a storm can close a household in without making much noise about it. Central Bucks Landscapers works those approaches through Plumstead Township, plowing, shoveling and spreading de-icer until the way to the road is open again. The township's rolling ground drifts deep on one side of a hill and leaves bare macadam on the other, and the route gets driven accordingly. There is real satisfaction in a lane that reads black from the barn to the mailbox at six in the morning. If the sky is still dropping, the trucks come back around.
