Lawson Mowing

About Lawson Mowing

The Wyoming Valley lies between two mountain walls with the Susquehanna threading down the middle, and Plains township sits on the bench above the river where the old workings have long since gone green again. Lawson Mowing keeps yards on that bench through the season — mowing on a steady week, trimming along walks, fences and foundations, edging drives, and sweeping up what the mower leaves behind. Valley summers are humid and the grass runs hard in June; skipping a week shows. River-valley light in the evening comes in sideways off the water and finds every line you cut. Getting those lines straight is most of the fun.
