About Schwartzmiller Ground Maintenance llc

Out toward Robinson the ground opens up and the lots get wide — acres of pavement under floodlights, empty at four in the morning and full by seven. Schwartzmiller Ground Maintenance llc works that gap: plowing the pads, clearing the sidewalks and entries, treating the ice at the doors before the first shift ever pulls in. Snow moves differently on open ground than it does in the hollows, drifting across a flat lot in long fingers that need a second pass. Getting a whole property opened up before daylight, with the piles set where they won't block a sightline, is careful work and it shows. Moon, Coraopolis, Kennedy and Imperial are all inside the storm route.
