About Local Roots Landscaping

The flats along the Allegheny at Millvale and Etna green up early, river-bottom soil and morning fog off the water bringing everything on a week ahead of the ridges above. Local Roots Landscaping works both elevations, mowing and trimming the level yards and the pitched ones, edging walks, cleaning up in spring and again after the leaves come down. When the valley turns gray, those same routes get plowed and shoveled, drives opened and walks salted before anybody has to leave for work. There is a plain pride in a driveway cleared before the first car needs it and a lawn cut straight in the middle of July. Riverside or ridge, the route gets finished.
