Kapp's Green Lawn

About Kapp's Green Lawn

Spring arrives late on the ridges north of the city, then arrives all at once: one warm week and the lawns are ahead of everybody. Kapp's Green Lawn works that stretch with mowing, seasonal lawn treatments, edging along drives and walks, and trimming the lines a mower always leaves behind. Yards here sit on heavy clay under wide canopies, so keeping turf thick is a matter of attention rather than force. Morning dew on a lawn cut the day before is about as good as this work ever looks. The reward is grass that still holds its color when August turns dry.
