About Denison Landscaping, Inc.

Pittsburgh has hundreds of sets of public city steps, and on a snowy morning before dawn every one of them seems to point straight up. This is a city of grades that would unnerve a flatland driver, where a light dusting can turn an angled driveway into a sled run. Denison Landscaping, Inc. meets that winter with snow removal: drives plowed and scraped, walks and front steps shoveled clear so the day can begin on solid footing. Snow work belongs to the blue hour, before the first buses labor up the hills and the corner bakeries switch on their lights. Coming out to find a path already cut down the slope to the street is one of the kindnesses of a Pittsburgh winter.
