About Please Plant Me Lawn Mowing Service

Spring hits Fishtown all at once — the alley trees greening, the little back yards behind the rowhouses suddenly ankle-deep. We mow those pocket lawns and the corner-lot patches around Northern Liberties, trimming along fences and Belgian block, edging so grass stops where it ought to. Nothing here is a wide field; it is tight, careful work between a shed, a grill and a fig tree, and it looks wonderful when it is done right. Come winter we are back with shovels and salt for the sidewalks, the steps and the narrow drives off the side streets, plowing wherever there is room to swing. Small city yards, tended like they matter, because on that block they do.
