About Lovelace Landscaping, LLC

Manayunk is built on a hill, and every February that hill tells you exactly who owns a shovel. We plow the steep drives above Main Street and clear the long step-runs that stack up toward Ridge Avenue, laying salt where the shade keeps ice hours past noon. In the warm months those same slopes need mowing on the contour, edging along retaining walls, trimming where the towpath green presses against a back fence. It is fussy ground to work, and that is half the appeal — a tidy terrace of lawn on a Manayunk grade looks like something someone decided to do on purpose. Mowing, edging, cleanups, and the winter clearing that comes with living on a river hill.
