About Green Leaf Outdoor Services LLC

October comes to Tacony in armfuls. The old street trees let go all at once, the wind off the Delaware pushes the drift up against the porch fronts, and every yard on the block needs the same thing on the same weekend. Green Leaf Outdoor Services LLC works that stretch of the river wards with mowers through the warm months and rakes and blowers through the cool ones — cutting, edging, trimming, then clearing leaves out of the beds, the gutlines and the corners where they pack down. There is something satisfying about a yard that comes out of November looking ready rather than abandoned. Tacony, Mayfair, Holmesburg and Torresdale are the usual ground.
