About GreenStar Landscaping, LLC

Out where Halfmoon Valley runs between Tussey Ridge and the Bald Eagle, the sky is enormous and the weather is honest about its intentions. Pennsylvania Furnace summers are mowing weather — long limestone-valley lawns, trimming down fence lines, edging drives, tidying up after the thunderstorms that stack over the ridge on hot afternoons. Winter out here means real snow, wind-driven across open ground, and GreenStar Landscaping, LLC turns to plowing drives and lots, shoveling paths and salting the ice that follows every thaw. There is an old ironworks in the name of this place and a great deal of open country around it; a lane cleared in a valley like that is worth something to whoever lives at the end of it. Between Stormstown, Warriors Mark and the farms out toward Rock Springs, the year keeps both halves of the work busy.
