About J&J landscaping
By late October the maples along Frankstown Road have gone loud, and every lawn in Penn Hills is wearing half of them. J&J landscaping runs its lawn care right to the end of that stretch — the last cuts of the year, trimming, edging, and walks cleared of whatever the wind has piled up. There is something satisfying about a final mow, when a yard gets put to bed neat and low under a gray sky. The route crosses the township's ridges and drops into its side streets, week after week from the first green onward. Grass keeps its own calendar here, and this crew keeps pace with it.
