About SIDE BY SIDE PROPERTY MGT.

At the Albrightsville crossroads a winter storm often begins as rain, turns to sleet by dark, and is snow by the time the trucks roll. SIDE BY SIDE PROPERTY MGT. runs those nights across Penn Forest Township — driveways and parking areas plowed, walks and steps shoveled, salt and de-icer laid down where meltwater will freeze again before morning. Ice is the real adversary up here; snow can be pushed, but a glazed step needs someone to have thought about it in advance. Working a route in the dark, community lane by community lane, is unglamorous and completely necessary. Daylight comes up on black pavement and clean walks, and nobody has to think about it at all. That is the job done right.
