Timberline Tree Service

About Timberline Tree Service

Oil City is built on both banks where the creek comes down to meet the Allegheny, and the hillsides rise so sharply that back yards simply end in woods. Timberline Tree Service works up and down those grades — taking out the trees that hang over a house from above, trimming limbs that crowd a hillside stair or a garage, pruning to keep the big ones over the river blocks solid. Wet snow and valley wind bring down whole tops, and clearing them means running a saw on a slope and carrying wood out by hand where no truck will go. The good moment comes at the end: drive open, hillside cleared, the whole street quiet again. Service takes in Franklin, Rouseville, Seneca, Cranberry, Cooperstown and Titusville.
