About Michael Beichner Contracting Services

Four in the morning downtown, and the streetlamps are the only thing awake on Seneca Street. Michael Beichner Contracting Services is out ahead of the town then, plowing lots and drives, shoveling entrances clear, spreading salt on the slick spots where the wind funnels between the buildings. Oil City snow tends to arrive sideways off the northwest and stack itself against anything with a wall. By the time the first cars come down off the hill, the pavement is black and wet and the piles are stacked where they belong. That is the entire reason for the hour.
