Chesar Year Round Care

About Chesar Year Round Care

October along the Allegheny turns the ridges above town copper and rust, and then the leaves all come down in one long week. Chesar Year Round Care meets that week head-on — the last cuts of the season, raking and blowing, hauling leaves out of the hedges and off the walkways in Oil City and the hollows around it. A month later those same yards are white, and the work becomes plowing, clearing steps and laying down salt before first light. The name says the shape of the year: no month left out of it. Little feels as settled as a property that looks tended in November and stays passable clear through February.
