About Haines Landscaping

Washington County folds into ridges out here, and the roads through Nottingham Township climb and dip past barns, hedgerows and the creek bottoms that drain toward Mingo Creek. Haines Landscaping mows that uneven country — sloped side yards, long farmhouse lawns, the flatter parcels near Eighty Four that cut like a fairway. Trimming and edging finish what the deck cannot reach: fence corners, mailbox posts, the ragged lip of a gravel drive. Spring opens with cleanup and mulched beds; autumn ends with leaves moved off the grass before the wet sets in. On a clear morning up on the ridge you can take in three farms at once, and the trimmed lawn in the foreground is theirs.
