About Sombra's Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC

Down toward Laurys Station the township tips east until it runs out at the Lehigh, and cold pools in that low ground — river fog drifting up over the road at dusk and setting as a thin glaze by dark. Sombra's Landscaping and Hardscaping LLC works that quiet, tricky edge of winter, plowing driveways clear, shoveling walkways and steps by hand, and treating the paved landings where a glaze forms without any snow falling at all. Piles get pushed away from downspouts and low corners so the next thaw has an exit instead of a puddle to freeze. The measure of a good night is simple: a family walks from the car to the door in ordinary shoes and thinks nothing of it. Storm or freeze, that's the standard the trucks roll out for.
