About Kern Property Services, LLC
Around Neffs the fields open up for a half mile at a stretch, and out there the wind does as much work as the storm. Kern Property Services, LLC plans for the second act: the sky clears, the plow finishes, and by nine the northwest breeze has laid a fresh drift right across the mouth of the lane. So the job is a return trip, a wider cut into the field edge, snow pushed far enough back that the next blow has nowhere to catch. Driveways come open to the surface, walks and steps get shoveled and salted, and the turnaround is left generous enough for a delivery truck. Farm-country winter rewards people who come back to check — and that is the habit here.
