Catalfano Brothers

About Catalfano Brothers

A winter morning in North Wales runs on a schedule it did not choose: platform lights come on at the rail station, the 202 corridor begins to hum, and every lot and apron has to be passable an hour earlier than anyone would like. Catalfano Brothers plows against that clock, starting while the snow is still falling so the accumulation never gets ahead of the truck. Lots are opened wide enough for a delivery van to swing, entrances scraped down so nobody steps from a clean floor into slush, walks cleared and treated for the refreeze that always follows a bright afternoon. There is a real satisfaction in pulling out of a property at six and knowing the first person through the door won't think about the weather at all. That is the whole point of the work here — to make a storm ordinary.
