About Precision Property Services

Morning light in North Union comes over Chestnut Ridge first, spilling down onto the fields and side streets that ring Uniontown. Precision Property Services works those yards from the first cut of April onward, mowing in straight passes, trimming close along fence and foundation, edging the walks so the grass stops where it should. Summer here is generous and humid, the kind that pushes a lawn an inch overnight, and the National Road carries the smell of cut grass all the way up toward the mountain. Come autumn the ridge turns and the leaves come down in earnest; the crew hauls them off and puts the beds down for winter. What is left behind is simple and good — a yard that looks cared for from the road.
