Gearhart's Greenscapes

About Gearhart's Greenscapes

Along the north stretch of Route 72, where North Lebanon Township runs out into corn and hayfield, the yards go wide and the June evenings seem to last past all reason. Gearhart's Greenscapes mows those big open lots, trims out the fence posts and mailbox islands, and edges the driveways so the blacktop keeps a defined line against the grass. The season opens with cleanups and mulch and closes with the leaves cleared off before the first hard frost sets them down for good. Valley soil grows grass with real body to it, and cutting it well is its own steady satisfaction. When the last pass is finished and the light goes amber over the fields, the whole property looks complete.
