About Dawson Lawn Care

April along Chartiers Creek turns North Franklin bright almost overnight; the bottomland greens first and the hilltop fields catch up a week behind. Dawson Lawn Care opens the season with cleanups — winter's litter raked out, beds cleared, the first mow taken a little high so the turf can wake up properly. After that it is the weekly round through Washington County's warm months: cutting, trimming, edging the drive, and putting the clippings back on the lawn where they belong. Feeding and overseeding go down where the grass has thinned along a road bank or under the shade trees. By June the yards read as one continuous green, and there is real pride in seeing that from the top of the hill.
