About Xcaliber Property Management LLC.

River Road under the Nockamixon cliffs holds cold the way a stone wall does, and after a storm the sun takes hours to reach the pavement. Xcaliber Property Management LLC. runs the snow work up in those hills and along the Delaware — plowing drives, clearing walks, treating the slick patches where runoff crosses and freezes again. First light usually finds the truck already turned around at the far end of a route, making sure the plow bank is not sitting in front of a mailbox. The driveways here bend through trees and fall away at the shoulder, so a pass has to be shaped, not simply shoved. Open and passable by breakfast, storm after storm — that is the whole ambition.
