About Erly Property Services

Saville Township lies in the folds of Perry County, where Buffalo Creek threads past Ickesburg and the Tuscarora ridges pen the weather in until it decides to fall. Erly Property Services runs snow removal through those nights — plowing farm lanes and driveways, clearing walkways, spreading salt where the grade would otherwise turn glassy by morning. Storms here can hang on a ridge for hours and then unload all at once, which makes an early start less a preference than a habit. The reward is simple and complete: headlights on a driveway that is already open. Winter in these valleys is long, and a cleared lane makes it shorter.
