About New Horizon Landscaping & Construction

Blue Mountain runs the whole north edge of the valley above Newburg, and the light coming off Cumberland County farmland has a way of making even a plain yard look like something. New Horizon Landscaping & Construction keeps those yards in order — mowing, string trimming, edging along drives and walks, cleanups when spring thaws the ground and again once autumn empties the maples. Properties out here run wide, with fence lines and open fields on the far side, so the mowed edge is what tells you where the yard begins. Getting that line right is most of the job. Newburg and the small towns around it come up on the same rounds each week.
