About Spring Green

Somewhere in the middle of March the lawns in Newberry Township quit being gray, and the change comes on fast enough to notice from the car. Spring Green works that turf all the way through — mowing on a regular cycle, trimming and edging, upkeep that keeps a yard even from the road to the back fence, and cleanups when the season closes. The township sits on good ground above the river, and grass shows it when somebody keeps after it. A cut lawn with clean borders makes a house look tended before anyone reaches the door. First green flush to last mow, the yards stay level.
