About Immaculate Grounds Property Maintenance LLC

New Salem Borough is a handful of blocks set on the rolling ground west of York, close enough to the Codorus country that fog pools in the low fields on a cold morning. Immaculate Grounds Property Maintenance LLC works the winter side of things here, plowing driveways and parking areas, clearing sidewalks and steps by hand, and salting the places that quietly refreeze after dark. Storms cross these farm ridges with nothing much to slow them down, and a borough street can go from wet to glass inside an hour. The measure of the night is simple: a drive opened before the first car needs it, and a walk anyone can cross without thinking about it. Then on to the next one, and the one after that.
