About The Lawn Helpers

New Ringgold sits where the Little Schuylkill slips down out of the Blue Mountain gap, and weather here has a habit of arriving over the ridge before you ever hear it coming. The Lawn Helpers keep pace on both ends of that year, mowing, trimming and edging through the green months, raking out leaves and yard debris while the hawks ride the ridge south, and plowing, shoveling and treating ice once the mountain sends winter down into the valley. Lawns on the river bottom grow fast and thick; drives up the hillside hold snow long after the road below has gone bare. Both get the same approach, which is to show up, finish the job and leave the place squared away. That is a good day in Schuylkill County.
