A Cut Above Landscape

About A Cut Above Landscape

Stand on the Parnassus bluff late in the afternoon and the Allegheny goes gold below you, the whole town stacked up the hillside above it in rows. A Cut Above Landscape keeps its work at that level of finish — mowing in clean passes, trimming close along walls and steps, edges cut so a lawn ends exactly where it means to. Come winter the crew is out early with plow and salt, opening drives and walks before the hillside streets turn to glass. Yards on this grade are all short runs and terraces, and they reward somebody willing to line things up properly. That is most of the job: leaving a place looking deliberate.
