About 31 East Landscaping and Excavation LLC

New Kensington does not lie flat; it climbs from the river flats to the hilltop streets in one long, stubborn grade, and every one of those grades glazes over the same way at two in the morning. That hour belongs to 31 East Landscaping and Excavation LLC. The plow goes down, the salt goes out, and a driveway that looked impossible at midnight is a clean gray ribbon by the time the coffee is on. Winter here arrives on a northwest wind without announcing itself, so the work gets measured in storms answered rather than hours counted. What the crew is after is simple: the car backs out, the mail gets through, and nobody on the hill has to think twice about the pitch of their own driveway.
