Goldenberg's Estate Management

About Goldenberg's Estate Management

Snow reaches New Hope by way of the river, and it usually gets here in the dark. Long before the first car eases down River Road, Goldenberg's Estate Management is out with the blade down, opening driveways that drop off the Solebury hills toward the water and lots that fill with drift wherever the wind has a straight run. Steps and front walks get done by hand, corner to corner, then treated so the shaded stretches do not glaze over by mid-morning. There is real satisfaction in a property that looks like the storm simply passed it by — black pavement, a clear path to the door, nothing for anyone to pick their way around. That is the whole of the winter's work, from the first squall to the last thaw.
