About Martin Tree Service, LLC

Out past New Holland the fields run in long, tidy strips to the fencerows, and the trees that matter stand alone — a shade tree over a farmhouse, a windbreak row, an old walnut at the end of the lane. Martin Tree Service, LLC keeps those in shape: pruning for structure while a tree is young, trimming limbs back off the barn roof and the lane, removing the ones that have gone hollow above a working yard. Summer squalls run this valley end to end and leave whole tops down along the corn edge; cleanup is cutting, hauling and leaving the ground clear enough to mow. In this country a job gets judged by what it looks like when the truck pulls out. Calls come from Blue Ball, Terre Hill, East Earl, Leola, Intercourse and Ephrata.
