About Boughter's Lawn Care Services

East of New Castle, out toward Eastbrook and the Volant road, the ground opens into long fields that turn gold before anything else does. Boughter's Lawn Care Services keeps its rounds out that way and in town alike — mowing through the growing season, trimming and edging where lawn meets gravel and fence post, then the long haul of fall cleanup when the leaves finally come down all at once. Not many weeks later the first squalls dust the stubble and the plow goes back on. Winter out here means opening a lane before daylight: driveway, turnaround, the walk to the door, and salt on whatever the wind polished to ice overnight. Two seasons, one set of hands, the same care for how a place looks when the work is done.
