Berardi's Landscaping and Lawn Care

About Berardi's Landscaping and Lawn Care

New Castle is built on hills that do not apologize, and nearly every one of them has a driveway pitched toward the sky. Berardi's Landscaping and Lawn Care takes those slopes both ways through the year — plowing and shoveling them in winter, putting salt on steps where meltwater refreezes overnight, then mowing and edging the same ground once the grass takes off in May. Working a hillside lawn means walking it rather than riding it, and the line across the top comes out straighter for the trouble. Trimming, cleanups and mulch are the ordinary rounds that keep a hill yard from simply looking like a hill. In a city stacked on terraces above two creeks, that counts for something.
