About Matt Valentine Landscape Designer LTD

Late afternoon on a Narberth street, the light comes level down the block and every lawn shows its shape — the swell of a front slope, the arc of a bed, the line where grass meets stone. Matt Valentine Landscape Designer LTD works to that reading: mowing at a height that flatters the ground, edges cut to follow the architecture, trimming and cleanups that keep the proportions intact. Borough lots are small, so scale matters here more than almost anywhere. Kept in balance, a modest front yard holds its own against a porch full of Victorian trim. That balance is the object of the whole exercise.
