Fischer's Home Services

About Fischer's Home Services

Narberth is a walking town — to the station, to Haverford Avenue, to the park — and after a storm that only works if the pavement is clear. Fischer's Home Services handles the snow end: driveways plowed, front walks and stone steps shoveled down to the surface, salt laid where ice likes to re-form. Overnight snow means an overnight start, headlights sweeping the sycamores while the borough sleeps in. There is something satisfying about a shoveled path with square shoulders, cut edge to edge as though it were measured. Nobody thinks about it afterward, which is exactly the point.
