About Lamanna Landscape & Fertilizing Company

In the last week of October the hills between Murrysville and Delmont go copper and rust, and every lawn in the municipality disappears under a week's worth of falling leaf. Lamanna Landscape & Fertilizing Company spends those short afternoons clearing them off — mowing what is left of the season, tidying beds and bed edges, hauling the drifts of leaf out of the corners where wind piles them. A month later the same yards are asking for a plow, and the trucks go back out for drives, aprons and walkways, salt on the shaded pitch of a hillside driveway. Westmoreland winters do not announce themselves politely; they slide in overnight and expect you to be ready. The reward is a green lawn in July and a clean black driveway in January, on the same piece of ground.
