About Byrd's landscaping and lawn service

Mt. Lebanon is a town of trees — big oaks and maples arching over brick sidewalks, the T humming down its line toward Pittsburgh, driveways cut into the South Hills at angles that mean business. Byrd's landscaping and lawn service works those streets in both directions of the year: mowing, edging and trimming through the green months, plowing, shoveling and salting once a hillside drive turns treacherous. All that canopy means autumn arrives as an event here, and leaf work is less a chore than a campaign. In summer the same shade demands a careful hand, since turf under old trees wants height and a cut that doesn't fight it. Between them, the goal is a property that fits its handsome street — trim, clean, and passable in any weather.
