About Hoffer Property Management

Autumn arrives in Mount Joy in stages — the trees along the creek first, then the maples on the side streets, then a whole week of leaves rolling down toward Florin on the wind. Hoffer Property Management follows that calendar closely, because grounds care here is a standing commitment rather than a single visit. Mowing, trimming, bed upkeep and fall cleanups carry the warm months; plowing, shoveled entrances and salted walkways carry the cold ones. Snow in the lower Susquehanna Valley can be a two-inch nuisance or a foot of wet, heavy work, and both get answered the same way: early, and all the way to the edges. Properties around Mount Joy and Rapho Township stay open, tidy and usable whatever the sky is doing.
