About Ponist Property Concepts LLC

Upper Mount Bethel is a patchwork — hayfield, woodlot, old slate country up the road, and lawns that have to hold their own against all of it. Ponist Property Concepts LLC keeps that line drawn, mowing the open ground, trimming close along stone walls, posts and outbuildings, and edging where lawn meets the drive so the boundary reads clean from the road. In the long evening light off the ridge, a big cut yard here has a shape to it that a smaller town lot never gets. Spring and fall bring the heavier passes: winter debris cleared out, beds tidied, leaves moved off the grass before the wet weather sets in. It is straightforward outdoor work, done on properties where the view starts at the mower line and runs all the way to the river.
